1. RESOLUTION 12-140 – ACCEPTANCE OF A GIFT FROM THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE CHIEFS. Approving the acceptance of a gift valued at approximately $3,475 from the International Association of Fire Chiefs for Fire Chief Kenneth Silva to attend the International Association of Fire Chiefs Board of Directors Meeting and Fire-Rescue International 2012 Conference in Denver, Colorado, from July 28 to August 5, 2012.
